@greateranglia Service update from a customer, disembarked the 5pm LST to NRW as 2 of 4 toilets confirmed not working and a 3rd showing as ‘occupied’ for 20 mins before departure, failing to in-still confidence. Please don’t refer me to complaints as always dismissive of this recurring issue!

@greateranglia Yet again abysmal availability of toilet facilities in the 5pm from London to Norwich (carriage C is the last working toilet) as was the situation last Thursday too.
May seem like yet another moan but how/where can this be considered an acceptable service to paying customers?

@greateranglia ‘Fab service’ yet again, boarded and disembarked the 5pm from Liverpool St as no working toilets from carriages H to M yet again with the usual mayhem that causes; and the 5:30 has a whole carriage out of service causing people to stand - bravo again Greater Anglia!

@greateranglia So Liverpool St in chaos as usual because Tottenham have a midweek home match, but what is the excuse this time for sending a train from London to Norwich yet again with 3 of the 4 toilets in standard class out of use!?

@greateranglia 5pm from Liverpool St to Norwich, 12 coaches and 2 working toilets; yet again inadequate quality / customer provision. Not a fan of Nationalisation but service surely can’t get worse; toilet issues far too frequent on this route!
