@dannykellywords One of my favourite presenters! Particularly enjoyed your weekend round ups with Hawksbee & Jacob’s on a Monday. Sorry to hear you’ve been through the wringer. Like Spurs you’ve fought hard and recovered from a low ebb… now it’s time to strengthen and push on! 💪🏻
@RoadknightThe@Ian_M1@PeterTatchell I’ve often felt for gays who just want to get on with their lives like the rest of us without the overbearing celebration of their identity. Surely that’s what so many were fighting for in the first place 🤷🏼♂️
There's a noticeable pattern to the public statements made by families bereaved in situations that could turn into a flash point, such as Southport, Manchester Arena, Valdo Calocane, Finbar Sullivan and of course Henry Nowak.
There's always a line; "we do not want our child's death to be used to create division".
This line can then be exploited by the establishment to silence any debate and condemn anyone who asks questions.
If there was no guidance given, I would expect more variation in the statements.
What advice and guidance are bereaved families given by government agencies? What procedures are there around this? What are the names of the agencies that provide this advice?
@CharIieBennett Agree 2010 was rubbish. I enjoyed 2018 but but 1998 was the best for me. Finished my GCSE exams the day before the opening match… first time watching the World Cup in the pub too. Great days
@official_seany@WillKingston I’m convinced it’s just the line family liaison officers have fed a grieving and vulnerable family to say to help keep the peace.
@paceman76@GoodwinMJ Under a huge degree of pressure and some veiled threats that statement has been coaxed out of them, or written for them by family liaison officers so as not to inflame ‘community tensions’.
No way could they be allowed to come out and claim Henry was a victim of 2-tier policing
@isa2001m This is textbook the "controlled spontaneity" framework employed by RICU, family liaison officers put pressure on victim families to "maintain community cohesion".
They're all traitors to the nation.
@SamCKx It’s political. We’ve created the environment that led to Police Officers taking an accusation of racism against an ethnic minority group more seriously than the stabbing of a white male.
The institutional embrace of critical race theory helped get us here.
