@RobinTSurt @adamhillscomedy A spick is a small thing, pretty much meaning the same as speck. It has been around a lot longer than the slur against Latinos. Don't know what you could change it to. Specks and specks just doesn't have the same ring. What's the background for Latinos being called spicks?

@theprojecttv Pre covid I had to do 20 applications a month, if I was lucky I might get 1 interview. Usually over 50 people applying sometimes over 200 for 1 job. I'm over 50 and that doesn't make it easier, not many people want to hire older people.
