(1/2) Pt referred to clinic for RCA CTO (long occlusion with mostly epicardial collaterals). LAD looked suspicious to me. Good use for @CathWorks angio-based FFR - diag 0.65 and LAD 0.76. Went back to confirm on invasive cath and stented. Patient now asymptomatic! #RadialFirst
