On Thursday, I made my wife a bacon wrap with homemade ranch, bacon, spring mix, tomato, and avocado on a spinach and garlic herb wrap. She didn’t eat all the bacon and ranch so I repurpose them into a chicken bacon ranch flatbread pizza the following night.
