@OrlandoMagicUK To be honest, I’m not that fussed. I think it just needs a fresh voice. I do wonder if Paolo/ Franz might be consulted on final options? Doesn’t feel very Weltmanny to do that, but wouldn’t be obsurd and might buy us another year of Paolo before he demands his Seattle trade

@OrlandoMagicUK I think a few might be disappointed. Much more likely to be evolution than revolution. Expect still to be defence first (see Clifford & Mose) but with more offensive juice and nous. Not sure who that is though?!

@OrlandoMagicUK I think my point is that all magic fans were pretty flat coming in and realised what needed fixing. But with Franz & Paolo looking good and the defence returning everything changed. Until it didn’t. No obvious choice for coach. Is passive and cautious? Sure! But I do trust him.😬

@OrlandoMagicUK I agree that most can see what needs sorting, and Weltman and co are much better placed to understand that than you or I. But we were also a Franz injury away from potentially wrapping up in 5 and the whole league talking about how we’d outplayed the 1 seed.
