@BaalOfAmerica @s1lverdragon Thanks. I'm assuming c. is Cup, T is tablespoon and t is teaspoon. It looks like cornstarch(US) is cornflour(UK), and whipping cream is the closest UK substitute for heavy cream. Is 'sugar' likely to be granulated (relatively coarse) or caster (finer)? Probably not critical :-)
