@BiggDaddyRae@bchesky@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp Their entire business practice is making a joke out of their customers. We are still currently on hold with them right now, and even their "serene" hold music is insanity inducing. They are mocking any customer trying to find a resolution.

@bchesky@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp I have been on the phone with Airbnb on and off for 8 hrs. Family is stranded at one that misrepresented their listing with false photos. There is no protection for customers. Each time we call Airbnb they hang up or promise a call that never comes.
