when i sat with president trump a month ago at mar-a-lago, i sat with a document of questions i had prepared. the one i wanted to ask more than any other was:

if reelected, how will you start to heal the divide that exists in this country?

for whatever reason, i never got to ask that question and that really stuck with me after.

many people have called me a fence-sitter over the years. i have watched people get rich by picking a side and pandering to an extreme, as that is the new meta for online monetization.

my reason, as utopian as it may be, is that i know a divided america and a divided world just gives us more of what we got yesterday. hatred. violence.

while in a lot of ways america has lost its way, one of the core values of this country is up to the PEOPLE to maintain. we need to find a way to love our neighbors once again, regardless of their stance on any given topic.

trump is going to be reelected. that is set in stone after yesterday. it would be incredible if his first actions start to calm the divide we have felt for too long in this country.

that being said, a lot of the duty continues to be on us, the american people.

i love everybody. idc who you vote for. if you like abortions, don’t like abortions. if you like guns, don’t like guns. we are brothers and sisters and we’re all we got here.
