RCMP confirm 15 dead after a collision in Western Mb. 25 people were in a small transport bus that collided with a semi. Most of the people were from the Dauphin area. This is a community that has dealt with so much tragedy in recent months.

Know the signs of an overdose:
- Slow, weak or no breathing
- Blue lips or nails
- Dizziness and confusion
- Can’t be woken up
- Choking, gurgling or snoring sounds
- Drowsiness or difficulty staying awake

Consider getting a Naloxone kit and learning how to use it.

Police seized some of the new strain in Oct. While fentanyl comes in many forms, the new kind is a brown powder.

If you see somebody having an overdose, call 911 right away. Paramedics and frontline police carry Naloxone which can be used to temporarily reverse an overdose.
