@SW_Help And then you get on the same station to board the train and the guard couldn't have being more helpful, ran to catch me up got a ramp and made sure she was comfortable and check where we were going to sort assistance when we get to Waterloo #consistencywouldbegreat

@SW_Help train guard attitude stink I ask for 15 seconds more to help my daughter in her wheelchair the service was already 5 minutes late but again I can't wait, guess this will never change because they don't understand the complexities of travelling with a wheelchair 1/2

Maybe it should be part of the basic training for the job and experiencing the situation may help some of the understanding
