Here is an idea for the issue with Data Centers : Utilize landfills. Nobody wants to live near these either. Build with non-penetrating slab foundations. Use the naturally produced biogas LFG to powerhigh speed gas turbines to produce electricity (as well as solar on ballast mounting). Use this electricity to power super efficient CO2 refrigeration for glycol loops for cooling. What do you think @elonmusk ?
