Since switching to @virginmedia in November we have been having to watch BBC and ITV East Yorkshire programmes. All very interesting but we live in the West Midlands. I’ve spent 2 hours online with a Virgin agent and they’ve just ended the chat without resolution.
Thanks to @RoyalMail for sending me a photograph of a parcel delivered to me earlier today. The parcel has not been delivered and the photograph is not taken on my front door. To add to my frustration, the tracking information does not tell me who the sender is. Rubbish service!
