@HMRCcustomers No. I dont think there is anything else I can tell you. It is all there in my account but doesn't add up. Can you pass this on to someone in HMRC who can look into this please. I have tried calling many times but keep getting an automated message saying there is no one available.
@HMRCcustomers As i said both individual income estimates look correct. £5k and £9k but the total shows as £26k. Can you tell me how that can be fixed please?
@HMRCcustomers Yes it has an end date of 31st August and the income from both look OK but the total estimated income is way over??? How can we sort this?
@HMRCcustomers I'm baffled. The income shown from the 2 pensions (which is really the same 1 pension) seems about right. But my estimated income figure doesn't equate to these. It is about £10k too high. Can someone please check and amend.
@HMRCcustomers I don't know where I would see any of that. All I have is a new notice of coding dated 24th August and I also have a first pension payslip dated 1st September. I don't think I've had a monthly pension payslip previously.
@HMRCcustomers Thanks Sofia. I have looked at my Personal Tax Account but can't see how to contact you. Looking at the detail it says I now have 2 pensions which is wrong. Nothing has changed. I still have one pension at same amount as before. How can I get someone to look into that?
@British_Airways despite a number of reassuring tweet responses from various BA staff over the last 2 days, I still haven't had notice of refund for me having to cancel my flights due to my deteriorating MND. This is very stressful. Can someone please own this and respond please?
@British_Airways Hi @British_Airways I got replies from 3 of your staff saying they'd like to help but it has all gone quiet again. I don't understand how BA Customer support operates...if at all? This is very stressful and isn't good for my health.
@British_Airways I have been trying to contact your customer support team but just get a message saying the lines are closed. I have also emailed but get a standard reply saying to call!!! So there is no customer support?? It's like a black hole. Very poor.
