Hey @Enterprise, why do you treat customers like criminals when they need help most?

After someone hit my rental, it wasn’t legally drivable because the trunk wouldn’t close. I was still charged a refueling fee even though I couldn’t safely drive it to a gas station. Customer service also sent me to a location with no replacement car, had me call around myself, and promised a regional manager would contact me—but no one ever did. I was even told not to take photos of the replacement car because the damage was “already documented.”

Terrible customer service.
