Ukraine is fighting a full-scale war and protecting our people remains the top priority. We continue to support and engage Belarusian democratic forces.Practical cooperation, concrete action, and tangible results that strengthen Ukraine’s security and Belarus’s democratic future.
Yesterday in Warsaw, the #NewBelarusConference2026 brought together Belarusian democratic forces, Ukraine, and international partners.
The key point: Ukraine’s security and #Belarus’s democratic future are directly interconnected.
Moving from political dialogue to practical cooperation with Belarusian democratic forces exchanging documents, proposals, and concrete materials. Also discussed the situation of Belarusians in Ukraine and honoring Belarusian volunteers who gave their lives for Ukraine’s freedom.
A meeting with @Tsihanouskaya, special representatives and diplomats focused on Belarus, ahead of the New Belarus Conference.
#Ukraine’s position is clear: We support a free, democratic and sovereign #Belarus, with its future determined by the Belarusian people.
We discussed evidence of Minsk’s role in #russia’s war and its use for sanctions and international legal accountability.
This cooperation works: materials shared with Ukraine are used by state institutions, and new Ukrainian sanctions also targeted Belarusian individuals.
Day one in Warsaw. An important discussion at “#Belarus’ Role in the Aggression Against Ukraine: Holding the Lukashenko Regime’s Senior Leadership Accountable”, organized by the National Anti-Crisis Management.
#russia is recruiting Belarusians for its war against #Ukraine through both open recruitment and deceptive job offers.
Around 3,000 Belarusians are already fighting for the aggressor state.

Six years ago today, Ukraine, Lithuania, and Poland created the Lublin Triangle. I congratulate my Polish colleague @sikorskiradek and Lithuanian colleague @BudrysKestutis.
The strong partnership between our three nations is built on centuries of shared history, common challenges in countering our eternal adversary, indivisible security, and a shared European future.
Over the past six years, the Lublin Triangle has proven to be a highly effective format for cooperation at all levels—from our ministries to our heads of state.
We stand ready to further develop this trilateral format across all dimensions for the security, prosperity, and freedom of our nations—particularly through joint economic and infrastructure projects, enhanced connectivity, and the active participation of Polish and Lithuanian companies in Ukraine’s recovery.
The security challenges facing our countries and the broader region due to Russian aggression against Ukraine remain unprecedented. Maintaining international support for Ukraine and increasing pressure on Russia are critical.
Ukraine is deeply grateful to Poland, Lithuania, and their people, who have steadfastly supported us and provided vital assistance since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion.
Ukraine’s unique combat experience, technological solutions, and innovative defense industry are of paramount importance to the security of Poland and Lithuania. Ukraine is ready to share its expertise to fortify our allies—acting as a reliable security partner that actively contributes to the defense of the entire Euro-Atlantic area.
We hope that one day, a free, independent, and democratic Belarus will join the Lublin Triangle. To this end, we continue to work closely with @Tsihanouskaya and all Belarusians who aspire to live in a European Belarus.
Belarus’s future must be determined by its own people, free from external coercion.
#Ukraine respects #Belarus’s sovereignty. The Belarusian people’s democratic aspirations deserve the support of the democratic world.
Excerpt from an interview with Deutsche Welle.
Concessions to dictators only fuel aggression.
#Ukraine does not seek war with #Belarus. But if the threat from Belarusian territory returns, we will defend our people and our state.
A fragment from an interview with Deutsche Welle.
A free #Ukraine needs a free, independent, and democratic #Belarus.
Belarus is not the Lukashenka regime. The Belarusian people deserve a future free from russian influence.
From my interview with Deutsche Welle.
At the 5th @crimeaplatform Forum in Kyiv, we reaffirmed a fundamental reality: Crimea remains central to Black Sea security.
A sustainable peace cannot be achieved without restoring Ukraine’s territorial integrity and ending Russia’s occupation of #Crimea.

Security threats emanating from #Belarus cannot be ignored. Thank you @DeutscheWelle for the opportunity to discuss Ukraine’s dialogue with Belarusian democratic forces, regional security, and the challenges posed by the Lukashenko regime.

When russian drones use infrastructure located in #Belarus to strike Ukrainian civilians and disrupt critical supply routes, #Ukraine cannot simply ignore these threats.
My comments for @nytimes on why #Kyiv can no longer turn a blind eye.
The President released new intelligence showing that, under clear russian influence, #Belarus continues to expand military infrastructure along its border, including roads, ammunition depots. Minsk knows what steps are needed to de-escalate the situation and achieve peace.
▪️США практично досягли припинення війни в Ірані, відтак фокус уваги американських посадовців знову зміщується на питання російсько-української війни. Для Лукашенка це чергова можливість спробувати зіграти у роль посередника між Вашингтоном та Москвою і виторгувати для себе певні політичні дивіденди;
