@Swiggy I order KFC bucket from Swiggy Rs 632 at around 10:40pm and delivery commitment is 20min after contacting C care and kfc & agent, all said order will ready or delivery in next 10 mins but it was not happen till waiting 1hr finally cncled order and now swiggy chrgd me 632

@flipkartsupport listen the history of my order promise delivery is 5th Jun’25 and per order tracking record on flipkart, agent tried to deliver on 3rd Jun but we denied according to his feedback
Reality is that Agent called on order receiving cell and request for 4 jun delivery
