Why would Lisa let Dylan near Betsy, then later get him arrested? A toxicology report must show drugs?

My thoughts are that it's something health related. Maybe a stroke? Would be eye opening for someone so young to experience. It would stop her going to London (temporarily) And we'd get to see her journey with #swarla and Dylan supporting her.
