However, I dont agree with what the security guard did, he was not doing his job, his job is to observe, tell people no or ask to leave and then report or call police if it's not done. THATS IT!, he just caused civil liabilities to the security company, the business.

If this thing happens here the security company would get sued the police will come and arrest for assault. Security guard will lose his job.

@Kurikomasan3 @sikocyan No, a security guard is not a police officer, he has no right to do that, he can only observe, report and tell them to leave or you will call the police. The kid is obviously a punk for not listening but doing physical harm to a minor is also a crime!
