@UberUK I placed an order at 1:39am. Store actually closes at 2:30am but 2 drivers cancelled. Contacted support & agent “Nada” didn’t respond for minutes, then my order was cancelled. Poor drivers & worse customer service. Unacceptable.

And now it's been marked as delivered even though I haven't received it. Tried call the restaurant, and they aren't picking up.

@JustEatUK placed an order 2 hours ago, but still no driver said it would be 35 minutes wait disappointing.

Ordered at 12.40 ish and still this and I can't cancel because everything is ready and i won't get a refund bad service this is the third time this has happened

@AmazonHelp I am absolutely DISGUSTED with your staffs ineptitude and rudeness. I bought a CPU as part of the AMD x Avatar promotion. One of your members of staff said that I wasnt eligible because I bought the item from a 3rd party seller. I was conned into buying the wrong item

@PapaJohnsUK ordered at 6.50 its now 8.30 and still nothing they keep saying 15-20 minutes.getting annoyed.

So update it finally in the oven but waiting over 2 hours for pizza and getting stringed along, if you can't get orders out because your busy don't accept them.
