@hops_hound @kathystephenson @UtahBeerNews @UTliquorlawyer completely agree -the 5% rule needs to go for beer in general. It's one of the most damaging, IMHO

It's unlikely that wine was ever considered when those laws were written because 'on tap' wine wasn't much of a thing then. (Let's not give them any ideas to limit further tho!)

-you have to order 'case' (6 or 12 bottles)
-no guarantee your fave winery will want to bother
-could be cost prohibitive w/ shipping/tax
