@WeberGrills has enacted a MASSIVE recall on BBQ wire brushes. We were promised replacement brushes a couple mnths ago & have yet to see one. Now claiming they “ran out”! Why TF would you not have enough in stock to mitigate this? Someone needs to get fired!

@Qtips I’m not sure what’s happened with your a-tips, but the quality has gone down the drain! Your sticks bend as if they’re from the .99cent store. It’s annoying. The better swabs, believe it or not are now the @Target brand ones. Their sticks don’t bend!
