This thing stressed me so much when I wanted to do my final clearance. I misplaced my 100 level receipts and the 2nd semester receipts of my 200 and 300 level, and I didn’t have the photocopies to give the bankers so they could issue me new ones. I made up my mind to pay the school fees again because I didn’t have the strength to start going through tons of books and records from 6 to 7 years ago.

I filled the necessary forms and when I took them to the teller, the teller looked at me like I was mad or something and just told me to wait. She stood up and went to call one of the other bankers inside.

The woman came and asked me what I wanted to pay for. I told her school fees and she just looked at me, shook her head and said, “I don’t blame you. It’s too much money that is doing you.”

But the reality was that I was mentally drained and I just needed to get the clearance done with and leave that place.

They told me to write my name and reg number down and go and sit down. They were the ones who went to bring out the records themselves. They asked what years I was looking for, I told them 100 level, 200 level and 300 level, and they brought out the records and started going through them one by one until they found where I had filled my name in those records. This was hours later.

They were eventually able to give me new receipts from the records.

I gave four of them 30k each and they couldn’t believe their eyes. They were so happy. 😂

I deleted cowrywise in 2023.

I remember that time, I locked my money for a year then around that june/august, I was dead broke.. something came up and i lost some money

Imagine having money locked somewhere but can’t even feed properly, can’t even buy data or pay for transport🤣🤣

So I waited for the withdrawal day, I had already planned to use the money and these guys told me 24 hours review

I was pissed off ehn.. Like you have been debiting my account for 6months and it’s time to pay you are saying I should wait for 24 hours 💔

I deleted my account after withdrawing my money

I don’t have issue with them but I just couldn’t subscribe to that kind of rules on my money.. I prefer my saving money where I can access it

Was like this, though mine wasnt freedom, was just always tired by Saturday.

Pre admission, was too active, held many posts at the zonal & provincial level, was a chorister, teens leader, drama unit. Infact, on Sundays, I dey do 7am - 5pm.

Now I only attend on Thanksgivings😭

one day i visited @gnf_ogo at his former hostel around balogun, this police men parked their hilux far away and walked down to that hostel. sent a woman to knock on the gate claiming she’s a “house agent” while the police men, about 7 of them hid behind the fence. we heard the knock on the gate and knew at once that police are around. looked through the window and behold police men hiding there waiting for someone to unlock the gate. crazy thing is nobody came out to open the gate and they left. mind you that wasn’t the first or third time they came.
