What exactly are $Pi Network upgrades anyway?
I will try to explain!

Now, imagine Pi Network is rebuilding a giant school while students are still inside using it every day.
They already upgraded the plumbing in “Version 23.”
Now people see “Version 26” mentioned and panic:
“Wait? Did we miss 24 and 25?!”
Not exactly.
Here’s what’s really happening.

Think of Pi Like School Renovations
V23 = Major Foundation Upgrade. This was the heavy construction phase.
$Pi upgraded it's:
database systems, node performance, synchronization, security and backend infrastructure.

Basically:
“Rip out old wiring, reinforce the building, prepare for the future.”
That’s why V23 was such a huge deal.

So Why Is Everyone Seeing V26?
Because Pi Core Team is talking about the destination, not every pit stop.
Like saying:
“We’re heading to Level 26 capability.”
But the network still moves through:
v24
v25
then v26

The upgrades are sequential under the hood. Nodes cannot simply teleport from v23 straight to v26. Not recommended.
Then there’s The Highway Analogy:
Imagine driving from Portland to Los Angeles.
You might say:
“I’m going to Los Angeles.”
But that doesn’t mean:
Salem disappeared
Sacramento vanished
San Francisco was skipped
They’re still part of the journey.

What Are V24 and V25 Then?
