It is generally believed that politics is also a game of calculation, but not the kind of mathematics we learned in General Mathematics back in school.

Political mathematics is different; it is what many call “Black Maths.” 😂

For example:

-In Kano politics 👉 1 + 1 = 4
-In Kaduna politics 👉 4 − 4 = 4
-In Gombe politics 👉 1 + 3 = 4 😂

To truly understand political calculations, you need a “Black Calculator” combined with a solid knowledge of “Game Theory.” 😄

While in Kano, I received the news of the defection of my friend and brother, Bello El-Rufai @B_ELRUFAI along side some of our colleagues from our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the opposition African Democratic Congress (ADC).

A first-time member, yet he carries himself with the experience of someone who has spent three terms in the National Assembly, thanks to his impressive legislative skills, confidence, and dedication to service.

Though political paths may differ, our bond of brotherhood and mutual respect remains strong. I wish him wisdom, success, and Allah’s guidance in all his future endeavors. He remains in my prayers wherever he goes.
