@Hyu_rayabusa @The__Unyielding RT is understandable since it cut the cost of development and enhance the game visually but it was to early to adapt it since GPUs even now struggling to run RT at 60fps.

وبالعموم يوجد فرق هائل في قدرة الإنفاذ بين الاستهلاك الرقمي وداخل البيوت، الذي بطبيعته يصعب تتبعه، والاستهلاك الملموس أو السلوك الظاهر في الشارع.

regulations role is not 100% effective , there will be always outliners and you cannot use outliners as proof of your statement.
Also to add something else the enforcement of such regulations will in coming year reshape the puopltuon mindest.
