We have seen some questions around the $MOCA transfers to Galaxy, so we wanted to clarify a few things on the transfer, after checking with multiple parties:

1. Team is NOT selling tokens, and all team tokens remain locked
2. Moca Foundation recently converted $MOCA to 50,000 $USDC in April only, specifically topping up foundation’s bank account for operational purpose
3. The specific transaction with Galaxy was a transfer from one of the market makers to Galaxy for its respective treasury management operations - and we clarified that the market maker was NOT selling to market via Galaxy

Galaxy overall is a close partner with Moca Network, especially with our effort to expand in the US market, as one of the key strategic markets for Moca Network’s product adoption and providing access to US users.
