@JohnCaprio85827 @Midw3stM3nace @EricLDaugh Expressing doubt about the prosecution's case is completely normal for a juror. However just because, the express doubt doesn't automatically mean that he was not following the jury instructions he still followed them to the best of his knowledge.

True that we can't take that at face value but that's something the court needs to look into. Hopefully when they do, they check all of the jurors and others also have accusations but not charged with things

@JohnCaprio85827 @Midw3stM3nace @EricLDaugh Again, the judge makes the ultimate decision on whether to remove a juror for not following instructions. However, the judge has to be careful and not remove someone just because they disagree with the others or have a different view of the evidence.

The lone juror said that he understood the instructions.
The Judge who has read the instructions again said all the jurors understood the instructions.
But you're saying they are disobeying wrong cuz apparently you can read their minds

@JohnCaprio85827 @Midw3stM3nace @EricLDaugh Also on that note, one of the other juror was also accused of domestic battery on her partner but just like this lone Juror the case was drop and she was never convicted, so why is she still allowed to be a part of the trail if you're logic is that he's an abuser?

@emilyjuniper_ What in the world is going on. The defense and Lindsay herself already stated previously that she killed the kids. The entire trial was about whether she was sane or not during that murder, why is it now gone back two steps. They need to lock her up and disbar the defense.

@JohnCaprio85827 @EricLDaugh Bro and that's exactly what the lone jurors said he voted the way based on the evidence so how can you say one way or another. You have a predetermined opinion and just because this other person doesn't you straight away assumed they don't understand the instructions.

@JohnCaprio85827 @EricLDaugh The only person who said that was another juror which is hearsay, so how can you just take that statement as a fact when that same Juror then went on a press tour. Also just because the names will be public after doesn't mean you can out them while the trial was happening
