@wilczyn Depends on where your heart is. Was the sole reason for building the company because of the potential for revenue? Or was it because of the people your products help?
If it’s a little bit of both, then chase both revenue and users 50:50. It mustn’t be one or the other.

@zuess05 Building well. A lot of people can build fast, but their products either add little value to the general public, or even if it adds value, it breaks under pressure. Building well is the new flex.

I'd say judgment and execution.

AI has made building cheaper, but it hasn't made everyone equally good at identifying the right problems, making good decisions, understanding users, and actually following through.

Everyone has access to the tools. Not everyone knows what to build with them.

Monetization is nice, but if the only reason I'm creating is because X pays me, then I probably wasn't that interested in creating in the first place.

The audience, connections and opportunities matter too.
