@ICPEN_est1992 @acccgovau @ASIC_Connect it's been over a month since AAX exchange suspended withdrawals of assets legally owned by users (as per TOS 4.1.2) and they finally took down their website today. @AAXExchange this makes you look guilty of embezzlement, theft & fraud.

Ignoring customer requests and communications while doing this makes you guilty of breaching fiduciary duty. @AAXExchange have neither legal nor beneficial ownership over customer's assets.
