@unitedwaySWPA Except you can't schedule any in-person tax assistance for Beaver County online because it's not an option on the form. And no one answers at the phone number. I also sent an e-mail that was supposed to get a response in 1-2 business days. After 7 days, I haven't heard anything.
Gene Wilder is the best Wonka to me, and I LOVE that movie. I disliked the entire remake. I'm a fan of both Depp & Burton, but it didn't work for me. I feel the same way about some Depp characters too. For example, I really don't want to see anyone else play Edward Scissorhands.
I was at those shows in New York, standing inside that heart. I remember standing next to firefighters who KNEW the people whose names were scrolling on that screen. I remember them shouting for and applauding their fallen co-workers. I remember them crying. It was haunting.
@questlove Wow, I used to be so good at this. I even had a specific pen that stayed right by my stereo because it fit in those holes so well. I also remember splicing a few broken cassette tapes together with a tiny little piece of scotch tape.
@ShopLLAP Yay, a T-shirt! I've been eyeing the beanie with Spock Rocks for a while now, but that type of hat doesn't look good on me, so I was really happy to see this on the site. Thank you!
@TrekLad That ending on Vulcan is one of my favorite parts in ALL of the movies. I remember being a kid in the theater and being so excited by the music and imagery, and then by Spock being back. And to think that Nimoy had to fight some execs to have the final scenes on Vulcan, crazy.

Do you remember when you joined Twitter? I do! #MyTwitterAnniversary Seven years ago. Wow. A lot has changed, both in my life and the world. Obviously.
My Dad would be honored knowing that because of his mission to create awareness for respiratory disease, a new billboard campaign encouraging people to get vaccinated launched today in Los Angeles. @LACareHealth @nimoycopdfilm @StarTrek#LLAP
