I 100% believe thats why they chose to not have a pup with cropped ears. Whenever a breed or animal gets popular representation, people buy that animal (101 Dalmatians being the biggest example) and you know a bunch would crop ears so their dogs could “look like Scooby”

A lot of good comments in the quotes of this post. Particularly the original flag representing the spectrum and the color theory of this redesign not being cohesive and being too similar to the non-binary flag. I also think the new colors come off kind of feminine-imply? Idk
