It has to be him. Out of everyone that is actually available. No-one else makes remotely any sense. Eddie Howe is just cementing us being mid table. And for Conte we have to buy players specifically for him and he will blow things up and leave anyway.

Julian Nagelsmann is expected to be a leading candidate for the Manchester United job if the club decide to sack under-fire head coach Michael Carrick.

Telegraph Sport understands that the former Germany and Bayern Munich manager would like the role if a change happens⤵️

Berrada was there at City as an executive while everything was happening there. Wilcox is completely and utterly useless. Both of them should be gone.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

Wilcox out. Carrick out. Good night.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

Tielemans and Mount both had a horrible game where they did the grand sum of nothing. Why do this Carrick.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

Great goal Zirkzee

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

He's both got the best and the worst out of Bruno Fernandes. Getting absolutely nothing from him this season when you were getting everything from him last season is unforgivable.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

He coached Bruno Fernandes to player of the year last season. Team was set up like it was built around him and he was so productive. So he completely changes his role this season and gets nothing from him.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

Get them both gone in the morning. Carrick and Wilcox. This should be the end for them.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

Give it Ole until the end of the season 😂

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

This should be Jason Wilcox and Michael Carrick's last game get rid of them both asap. Both quite clearly completely out of their depth.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

We are getting battered out here we really are

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

Two passes through central midfield and they score. Probably doesn't help we are playing someone whose only ever had a couple of games in pre season there.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

No words at all. You've got no control, and the extra centre mid that can give you a bit more control is playing completely ineffectively as an attacking midfielder. Wtf is Carrick doing really.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

Idk if I am desensitised to bad performances so it is hard to judge if you've hit new depths. But it sure does feel this way. Doesn't help when you've got a manager self sabotaging, setting up a team like no other elite team does. (Like Amorim before him).

[Sam Pilger @sampilger]

That was one of the worst halves of football I have ever seen from Manchester United. The players look completely gone.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

Comp has totally and utterly schooled us. We're playing a team that are really well coached. We are not that.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

Tielemans often the furthest man forward for us most of this game. It is as absurd as playing Carrick playing himself in that position. Honestly can't believe he can't see it. We have been totally trash.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

How has it become this bad this quickly. Even though we didn't get the results we were playing quite well at the start of the season. We were even schooling City until City got their red. Totally unravelled since we failed to beat them. He's made the oddest fucking choices since.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

@Dan__B94 It's a low bar. Couple of pre season games Vs a career of playing elsewhere.

[Vik @IconicNumber7]

Carrick had really screwed the pooch. The pressure of the place is really killing him. Fuck knows what he saw in playing Tielemans as an attacking midfielder alongside Fernandes in previous games, but doing it while playing an attacking midfielder at centre mid is inexplicable.
