Being a gamer with an Internet connection can be trying at times. Go online and you're bombarded with reviews and the nitpicky opinions of others.

Perfect example of this is how mainstream media seems to be panning Halo Infinite, while I've had nothing but fun with it.

@realblaines Why do I feel like GameFreak will simply never implement this feature? They're weirdly oppositional to their fans at times.

I hope I'm wrong, though. To be fair, GameFreak did finally make an open-world game that doesn't suck save the performance issues.

@TamashiiHiroka I did not care for the focus on catching with games like pokemon lgpe and PLA. I didn't even complete my pokedex in PLA until pokemon home let me cheat. However my dex is completed in pokemon SV simply because I prefer the older catching style with a communitybased dex completion

@TamashiiHiroka I don't have to catch every Pokemon 25 times and there are actual trainers to battle and there is a functional online system.

Arceus Legends had ONE interesting new mechanic. Otherwise, it's overrated for me.

I purposely saved catching the four Chinese legendaries in #PokemonScarletViolet for last. 32 stakes and four more captures and I'll have the Pokedex complete.

Today, I set up a Charizard raid teammate so my wife and friends can beat the event--Slowking with max HP and Sp.Def and excellent support moves.
