The chart you shared is using area-weighted averages for days over 95. For small, gradual temperature increases, this chart data isn't going to show you anything conclusive. You actually need to look at average temperature anomaly (temperature changes from baseline) over the same period, which shows steadily increasing average temperatures.

Climate change is happening. The real question is whether we are causing it. I think it is due primarily to deforestation and over-reliance on burning fossil fuels. But, I also think that climate alarmists are exaggerating the trend, and that practically nothing our government does actually addresses the problem.
