Concord was said to be 400M-500M. If a lame game like that can take up that much dev time and cost that much money, then a game with a huge multiplayer effort along with single player story can easily hit 400M. Some developers are better about this kind of thing. Get a lot of juice for little squeeze...we'll see

Gears is probably a $400M game. I'd assume they'd want to put that on PlayStation right out of the gate. I'd be kind of shocked if they didn't. I know the reception for the Gears 1 remaster wasn't very good on PlayStation, but, it's really old and a lot of PS5 guys used to be Xbox guys.

It also released long after Xbox and PC. Releasing day 1 is HUGE for most titles. This is why Sony's PC strategy wasn't great. 2-5yrs down the road isn't going to cut it. Forza Horizon releasing years later on PS and doing well is the exception. Not the rule.

@LeftyTalk If a game being exclusive is the only thing making it good for someone or good enough to own a platform, then brother, that platform wasn't worth a damn anyway. If it's not worthy to stand on its own in some way, at least for my money, it's a waste of time.

I’m glad to Switch 2 can stretch its legs and run a bunch of games that can be demanding. I just wouldn’t want to play them on the Switch and lose so much image quality and other bells and whistles. That’s just me 🤷🏻‍♂️

@Sebasti66855537 Were you able to address the game not taking up the full screen for many resolutions?

I thought it may just be an ultrawide 21:9+ proble but I hooked up my 16:9 OLED monitor and got the same results. Black bars on all sides on the screen. It's even worse in cutscenes
