@leo_leo_X I HATE "picky bits" but I see nibbles as something different. Nibbles to me are small things like nuts, crisps, Bombay mix. I see picky bits as something more substantial, more like buffet food.
I'm just trying to understand when does the organised violence against & terrorising of working class black & brown people get a Cobra meeting ? Or are we all supposed to be Far Right now & indulge their expression of ' legitimate concerns ' ?
Where does all the hated come from? Just pop down to your local newsagents and buy some hated. Imagine if the Jewish community had tabloid headlines like this thrown at them on a regular basis. They would have every right to think itโs discriminatory. Yet headlines like this are regularly pumped out against Muslims. A negative narrative against the many Muslims in the UK who are hard working, law abiding citizens and get tarred by the same brush of grim headlines like this.
Sick to the back teeth of this propaganda now.
The Daily Mail did a full investigation over a three year period of all residents of asylum hotels who have been convicted of sexual offences.
You know how many there were? 59.
You know how many estimated sexual offences there are per year in the UK? 900,000
You know who the biggest percentage, incl per capita, of child sexual offenders are? White British men.
You know who needs to STFU with your racist garbage? I'll give you two guesses....
The explosion in anti-Muslim rhetoric in recent weeks from seemingly mainstream politicians and media commentators is both depressing and highly dangerous.
Quite apart from the climate of fear and racism it creates, it plays right into the hands of extremists (on all sides) who say Muslim and non-Muslim communities cannot co-exist together peacefully.
The more people are told that different communities canโt live together peacefully, the more people will view the world in such a divided and confrontational way and that will increasingly define how they act towards each other. And then the trouble really does start.
It is at times like these that we all need to be brave and stand up for our multicultural society. We need to face the haters down and offer a more positive and hopeful vision of society - because, ultimately, thatโs where the majority of British people are
@DeathlyAcorn I'm not sure I believe he's been hacked. It's been going on for quite a while now. If he really had been hacked surely he or someone close to him would state that it's not him and close the X account. I can't believe they'd let it continue without making it clear it's not him.
Almost feel sorry for the haters who are trying to spin Muslims voting for a woman in a party led by a gay Jewish man is evidence of Islamist sectarianism ๐
In fact itโs evidence of genuine tolerance, rejection of superficial identity politics and ability to prioritise tackling common concerns of cost of living, protecting public services and rejecting war mongering. And the promotion of mutual respect and individual freedoms.
The coming together of people is terrifying for the ruling elites.
