Our mission is to equip as many Ghanaian youth with knowledge and incite them enough to redirect their energies towards issues of national development.
@DrAmoakohene Hello Hon.
This is a great idea. I have been working on a demo app/platform for this and reached out to you in November 2025 with aim of showcasing the demo solution to you.
It will be an honour to work on such a project with you and bring it to life.
1873, British bombed Elmina, made it a ghost town when they resisted the transfer of the Castle from the Dutch to the Brits and refused to be their colony.
The people fled to towns in present day Western Region and to Kumasi.
Their king Nana Kobina Gyan was exiled to Seira Leone
The much-hyped JB Danquah, who was leader of the opposition, lost both the 1954 & 1956 elections in his very own home constituency to the CPP candidate. Despite being opposition leader, his own people had no love for him
Unlike us today, our forefathers knew who the enemies were
Let’s start with the worst performing: the Sanitation Ministry is simply non-existent. They’re content in ceding their function to the @buzstopboys who are doing a mighty good service to the nation!
Which ministry in Ghana do you think is the best performing, and which one is the worst performing?

Imagine a Ghanaian committing an offence of this nature in China, destroying water and livelihood of Chinese people and stealing their natural resources. An offence that the Chinese deem grave enough to warrant a term of imprisonment not less than 20 years. The Ghanaian offender is set free. The Chinese authorities official reason is that they can’t find English interpreters to prosecute.
We are doomed as a country and each one of us will suffer an effect of this, some way some how, one day.
Fellow #Ghanaians, are we not forgetting something? What happened with the Cecilia Daapah case? #Ghana.

If true, just imagine what the ramifications would have been for Ghana. Indeed , right to fair trial is a prized possession for any forward thinking nation, regardless the political regime is in power.
During Rawlings’ trial for his failed mutiny in May ‘79,Gen Obasanjo wrote a letter to Gen Akufo to discontinue the trial and kill Rawlings, fellow mutineers and close friends of Rawlings. He feared that Rawlings’ attempt will inspire junior soldiers in Nigeria.
Who is responsible for educating the public, especially the youth, on their rights and civil responsibilities? 🤷🏿♂️
Why then do the youth lack awareness about their rights and civil responsibilities?🤷🏿♂️
Is this deliberate?🤔

Unfortunately, most youth are more interested in trending people's personal issues than speaking on pertinent national matters. A country is what its citizens make it: what they tolerate and promote. Ghana needs more active citizens
These people advertised a scholarship for PhD Engineering programs in some UK universities. I applied and got the admission offer at Birmingham University 🎓, and processed everything on the scholarship secretariat website. Someone called me to pay GHS 100,000 before I get ...1/2
One of the conventional ways is to vote them out when they misuse these resources at the end of their mandates.
But should we wait for four whole years???
Is there no other way to make the leaders we choose accountable???

When we choose our leaders, we believe we are entrusting our resources to capable and intelligent people who should maximize such scarce resources to benefit all.
Political accountability is holding these people responsible for how these scarce resources are used.

#Ghana has started a good project. We only hope this will be sustainable and not just a onetime project like many others. Great work. #ghanatrends#ghananews
The most distressing thing about this Anas situation is that, you as a citizen will wake up everyday thinking about how you can do your part to help advance our democracy; and make it better for all its citizen.
Then some Judge will be sitting there angry that you do your bit to help improve our country. So that even when you have come seeking justice, they decide to put you on trial instead
I see this everyday! People who decide to get angry because why do you demand better? Why do you bother about doing something about our situation? Who elected you to ask questions? Why did you want a more accountable Ghana.
This is the tragedy of believing in the possibility of Ghana. Because those who stand to benefit from our fight, are the loudest in applauding their oppression!
How it is possible for a person to live with so much misery all around us, and not be in constant rage; is a thing of mystery to me.
With all that happens in this Country and what Anas has done, he comes to court for justice and you tell around and call him a murderer?
We have no heroes in this county except politicians. Every other person we demonize!
You think another Anas will rise from this ashes? For what recompense? For what reward?
Anas has given up his way of life, so we can hold our elected officials accountable; and for this, he is the devil!
Shameful Republic!
1. You pay your taxes to Ghana government to clean the city
2. Government gives a contract to Zoomlion to clean the city
4. City is dirty and uncleaned
3. Voluntary group Buzstop boy cleans the city
5. Zoomlion supports buzstopboys to clean the city
Is this not madness? 🤣
