This idiot is literally PLAYING THE VICTIM He’s trying so hard to play the “I’m not heartless, I’m doing this for her/the children” card that he’s basically convincing HIMSELF of his own bullshit. He keeps repeating it to Serhat, to Sado’s man, to Sado himself as if saying it enough times will make it true!! He strongly reminded me of a brainless, obsessed woman that her name starts with M…

H is DRAWN TO Yıldız.

That scene after Yıldız leaves Serhat’s place??? He immediately starts scolding her for being alone with a stranger, reminding her that even if she doesn’t remember, she’s STILL HIS WIFE ( the fuck??) and then admits that he can’t wait anymore!! That he WANTS her, and you know she’s married to another man!!

And then when he told Serhat, “This is exactly why you have to die,” after Serhat tells him that Yıldız is his lawful wife. THAT says everything. Don’t tell me this man is doing all of this for his children when the second another man claims Yıldız as his wife, Rami’s reaction is basically “then you have to die.” 💀

What pisses me off even more is the manipulation of Yıldız. He’s making her feel guilty for not remembering him while deliberately feeding her an entire SCRIPT of lies. He’s telling her she’s someone else, lying about what happened to her, claiming the accident was something completely different, keeping her from leaving because he doesn’t want her to be seen or remember anything—and then locking doors and calling it “safety.”

And how is it her “own will” to stay when you have manipulated her into believing a completely fabricated reality???

And Yıldız DOES have doubts which is normal cuz the script rami told her about and her feelings do now match! And if she fully trusted Rami and believed everything he told her, why would she follow the smallest clue from a supposed “thief” just because he called her by another name? Why would that give her hope that she might finally discover who she really is? She KNOWS something isn’t adding up. ( of course, this is all assuming we completely ignore her connection with Serhat 😭 because the SECOND he called her by her name, you could literally see something shift in her. She felt that connection immediately. And especially when she got close to him)

And then there’s that line to Samet “As long as I’m alive, you won’t be without a mother .” EXCUSE ME???? 😭 So either this man is foreshadowing his own death or I genuinely don’t know where they’re taking this character…

Anyways I CANNOT with people hinting that Rami is secretly such a nice man to Yıldız. HE IS NOT. Maybe he has his reasons, maybe he has feelings but none of that changes what he is actually doing to her!

Bro his audacity to tell Serhat that she is staying there BY HER OWN WILL made me lose my mind! And if people are expecting me to believe that after ALL OF THIS Rami is going to magically develop into a good man… well have fun with that I’m not buying it…

I honestly don’t give a shit about the ratings. Like I said, #HalefKöklerinÇağrısı is already a successful work, & I’m hopeful about what Ercan will create.
For anyone impatient after last night’s episode: if you want to fully enjoy this dizi, picture yourself reading a book. It has many chapters & pages, with events layered gradually. That way you can absorb the characters and see how they serve the story and the protagonists.
For instance in books, 📖 when an author describes a place or a house, they often spend whole paragraphs on it so the reader can step into their imagination. You can’t watch Halef passively. If you do, you’ll end up frustrated, like someone skipping pages to get to the “good parts,” and you won’t enjoy it.
