You'll send mails, call and chat them, "the team is working on it", that's what they've been feeding me with all these while and no progress. Almost 2 weeks to send a package from ibadan to lagos
@FerdyAlicia@GiGLogistics Same here, my package has been with @GiGLogistics since last week monday, I had to Reroute when they couldn't deliver on time. I've called several times, sent mails and chatted them and still nothing is yet to be done
