@ChowderCNFT @KreatePlatform @hoangdongart95 Typically it isn’t in the traditional market. The expectation is that you’re buying my oil painting, not Irina Alexander’s oil painting. If I copy Monet, everyone still knows they are buying from me, not Monet. The problem is when someone claims it is their hometown if it is not.

@KreatePlatform @ChowderCNFT @hoangdongart95 Yes, this is par for the course for anyone studying academic drawing and painting. You copy from the masters. Charles Bargue’s Drawing Course is made specifically to be copied. I am open that my painting is based on a detail from Irina Alexander’s oil. But that is unusual.
