@TataPower pathetic service!!! Since years I face the same issue multiple times every summer. And you guys don't do anything about it. How can the same phase go out multiple times year on year and you still don't bother to do something.
@TataPower@sinha_praveer just so you know, they simply give canned responses. It's like you have kept actual employees to do the job of a bot. They don't want to solve anything.

@TataPower Your team calls it a technical issue. Ofcourse it is a technical issue, but the point is the same issue happens multiple times every summer and they don't care to solve it permanently.

@Lenskart_com never seen a support system more pathetic than yours. I need to change the delivery address of an order and I keep getting auto responses on chat & call. With no option to change the delivery address. Can't even cancel the order or reach the delivery partner.
@TataPower there has been a power outage 2-3 times every day, for the last 3 weeks now. And nobody in the customer care dept is interested in providing any support. This is ridiculous.
