@yarratrams where can I report a tram refusing to stop? The last 2 have not stopped at Charles & Smith St stop, leaving me waiting for 10 mins in 5°C weather. They both clearly saw passengers waiting as they were flashed down and dinged while going past. This is ridiculous.

I think @AusNetServices needs to improve their outage tracker. Been trying to work out when and if my house has power again, but the pin for my home has moved on the map multiple times over the weekend. Makes situation really unclear, a simple address entry would be much clearer
