@Komaniecki_R Oh, I’m super good at untangling things. My daughter only had two haircuts before her 11th birthday, and as she got older, brushing her hair became less frequent. I learned to be an expert.

Hey @McDonalds, I’ve tried 2 times at different restaurants in different cities to redeem my rewards points (each time for different items), and BOTH times the price of the item didn’t get removed from my bill. Thankfully good managers did. You should fix this! @McDonaldsCorp
