i’ve been an army for 8 years and i’ve NEVER seen anything like this happen to bts. dudes pointing lasers inside the hotel rooms, thousands of people standing outside their hotel, crowding them while getting in the cars, hacking airport cctv footage, multiple threats for a member, people rejecting freebies and throwing them on the ground. and namjoon had the strength to come out and gently ask yall to just LEAVE. and the response was that his audacity will ruin bts. i need you all to get a grip and come back to reality. i hope peru won’t be on any other bts tour poster for eternity and yall deserve that. i’m sorry for the few normal armys that know this is wrong but the boys cannot live like this. this lack of respect towards them, their staff, the dancers, other guests at the hotel. insane. just insane behavior. hope they get on a plane asap and get the fuck out of there.

RE: Ticket Scammers // Ask for as much proof as possible. Real ARMYs and legitimate sellers will provide it!

I’m looking for LA tickets, and I’ve already caught 3–4 scammers by asking questions and requesting specific proof.

VIDEO PROOF:

Ask for one continuous, newly recorded video starting from their phone’s Home Screen.

They should open their email app and search for “Ticketmaster” while recording. You should see the search results and multiple Ticketmaster emails dated around the original purchase date.
They should open the confirmation email and receipt.
Without stopping the video, they should either:

Click “View Tickets” from the email, OR
Open the Ticketmaster app from scratch and go to:

Home > My Tickets > Upcoming > View Tickets > Three Dots > View Receipt

If the tickets are real, they should be able to show the entire process.

SCREENSHOTS:

Make sure all the information matches what you saw in the video.

OTHER PROOF:

You can also ask for:

A credit card statement showing the Ticketmaster charge from the ARMY presale date
The tickets in Apple Wallet—preferably shown in a video without exposing the barcode

I bought resale tickets from an ARMY for New York D1 after buying D2 during the ARMY presale. This is the method I used to verify her.

She had no problem recording a new, time-stamped video showing herself opening her email, searching for Ticketmaster and then opening the Ticketmaster app—all in the same video. She also sent multiple screenshots from Ticketmaster emails, Apple Wallet and more.

If someone refuses to provide enough proof, assume it is a scam. A legitimate seller with real tickets should understand why you need verification and be willing to prove that they are a real person with real tickets.

🚨 Scammers are also faking videos and confirmation codes.

Comparing parts of the confirmation code with codes from trusted ARMYs attending the same city can help identify a scam.

I am NOT posting any confirmation codes publicly because that could put ARMYs at risk. However, if you have a friend or moot you personally know is attending that city, DM them privately and ask to compare only part of the confirmation code.

DO NOT SHARE CONFIRMATION CODES PUBLICLY.

Each stadium appears to have a specific format within its confirmation codes. I only learned this today.

For example, Tampa—which has already passed—had “/FL” as part of the confirmation code. That does NOT mean every stadium uses the city or state. Do not assume, for example, that Stanford had “/CA” simply because it is in California.

I learned this after privately comparing the confirmation codes on my friends’ legitimate LA ARMY presale tickets. Their codes matched one another—but did not match what a scammer showed me in a video.
