You don’t want to take them home because that would mean giving them full time care proper food, hygiene, medical treatment, cleaning their mess, walking them daily and making them a bed. Instead, you toss them stale roti or 2-3 Parle-G biscuits and feel superior while kids, elderly people, kabadiwalas, delivery boys, hawkers and others suffer because of them.
