When the State knows not its population and it's incompetent, it multiplies BIOMETRIC identifications & registrations of SIM, drivers' license, National ID, Voters' ID, E-Passport, BVN etc to confuse itself and make the people suffer. In a normal State one is enough.

That someone is a human rights activist doesn't mean he/she appreciates or respects human rights of others. It's as simple as the words we speak to others, the respect we give to others just because they are humans...calling out a wrong even when the camera's are turned off.
