Hiring: UGC / Creator Manager
$4k+/month plus performance bonuses
We're a fast scaling DTC brand producing a high volume of creator content, and we need someone to manage our creators.
We are doing $1m/ month right now. Our creator engine is currently generating $100k of that.
We will scale to at least 10x that with the right person.
The role:
- Manage and grow our roster of UGC creators
- Work with our creative strategists to brief creators clearly so ideas land the way we intend
- Run our creator community on Discord
- Source and manage creators through Trybe
- Keep things moving with our wider team: briefs, feedback, deadlines, and deliverables
What we need:
- Experience managing creators or a UGC program
- Some background in creative strategy (you understand why an ad works, not just how it looks)
- Experience with Trybe and Discord
- Strong communication skills

🚨HIRING | Creative Strategist → Future CMO For 9 Figure Brand
$5-10K/MONTH BASE + 6% OF AD SPEND (Starting offer for month 1 only)**
If you are an experienced creative strategist with $5m+ in spend, you will print money with us.
That's what every job post you see says.
Most ecom brands sell in saturated, high sophistication markets, with a ton of competition. Everyone is selling the same thing.
Supplements for old women with bowel problems. Plus you're not given creative autonomy.
Killer strategists still make it work.
But what if you take your expertise. Those winning concepts, frameworks, angles. But give them to a market who have never seen them before.
A market that you resonate with.
Our brand is insanely unique, we have no competition in DR, only retail. Our product is fun to research. The market leaders do $13bn in rev a year, with closer competitors to us doing $50m-100m/year+. We will be a 9 figure brand within the next 1-2 years.
Right now we are at $1m/ month. We are Q4 heavy and now is the perfect time for us to scale 10x.
The team is hungry to win, but they need a leader, someone to work alongside me as the brand owner. Be bought into the vision, and get rewarded hugely for their wins (Which there will be many of).
We're looking for a future CMO.
Compensation: We will pay top talent top dollar base + performance bonuses.
If this is you and you ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING with multiple 7-8 figures in meta spend in the last year. Send me a message with:
1. A bit about yourself and why you're a good fit.
2. A few of your best performing creatives with spend & results
3. The thinking you put behind those winners
4. Anything else you want us to know
Loom is much preferred.
$1,000 referral bonus if you send us someone we end up hiring. DM me.
Page builders are dead.
So we rebuilt our platform for a world that runs on agents.
Introducing Pagedeck: the AI CRO agent that builds high-converting landing pages for every ad.

The ads that scale the hardest have:
- High stakes
- Real Urgency (not "sale ends tonight")
- Authority
If your ads don't have those elements, they probably won't scale far
And if you have winning ads without those elements
Add them in & you'll be cooking way harder lol
Shopify changing people’s checkout automatically
“Pay as guest” or “pay and save my info”
How do we disable this?
It’s absolutely obliterating mine and your CVR’s
Most people are sending winning ads to product pages and wondering why ROAS tanks after scaling
I used Gemini Studio + Claude to build pre-landers in 10 minutes that 2-4x'd our winners
Here's the exact framework: 🧵
PS: like, repost, comment "prelander" for the full prompt + breakdown
Fake market research:
→ Copy 30 competitor ads into Notion
→ Screenshot some Reddit threads
→ Never look at it again
Real market research:
→ Read 200+ customer reviews and pull exact phrases they use
→ Watch competitor ads and write down WHY the hook works
→ Study Reddit/TikTok comments until you can predict objections
→ Sit with it until ad ideas start writing themselves in your head
You'll know research worked
when you can close the doc
and still write a banger hook from memory.
That's the difference.
Signs you should STOP iterating a winning ad:
1. New locations aren’t moving the needle
2. New people aren’t improving CTR
3. New scripts aren’t outperforming
4. New styles feel forced
5. Hook variations flop repeatedly
6. Cost isn’t improving
7. CPM is stable but CVR won’t rise
8. Same audience keeps fatiguing
9. No meaningful angle changes left
10. New ideas start feeling unnatural
At that point, stop.
You need a NEW concept.
I promise you the highest ROI habit in media buying isn’t learning hacks.
It’s building the discipline to study ads every day and write better scripts every day.
Those two habits will make you more money than any automation, tool, funnel, or guru strategy.
Master your reps.
"Oh I should start a 2nd brand so it's easier to scale"
Most Ecom dudes think like this
I can tell you from the 200+ brand owners I work with, this is usually a bad idea
Most consider a 2nd brand because they get stuck with the 1st brand
So what do...
Why do you think the 2nd brand won't have the same issues as the 1st Brand?
0 to $50k/day is way harder than $100k/day to $150k/day
And if you are the main driver for the business now, why spread yourself thinner?
- You don't have a team that can scale without you
- You have no working systems
Some people think they have a "team" now, which means they can start being more "operator" instead of being in the trenches
If you can't even scale your brand by yourself, why do you expect others, who aren't as invested in the business as you, to fix your business for you?!?!?!
Without that, only way I've seen people successfully scale with multiple stores is having partners on each store
"Oh but my main product is dead"
If Google trends for the 1st brand isn't dying down, it's almost always better for you to just double down on it, even if it's not performing as well now
Unless it's a seasonal store then yeah, you'd definitely need a new brand during off season
And I'm not talking about product tests
For stores you've scaled to multi 6-7 figures/mth that you've had traction with it, you don't need to jump ship since you already have product-market fit
In that case, you don’t have a product problem.
You have a market research and creative problem.
Just gotta dig deeper to find leverage and make more winning ads
Stop thinking like a dropshipper chasing quick wins and immediate profits
Building a brand isn't always going to be up and up
You will get stuck at some point and will have to thug it out and put in the reps to get your breakthrough
The ability to stick it out and put in the reps regardless is what actually keeps your brand running long term instead of a quick pump and dump DS store.
It's not about the custom packaging or having stock
Few
the amount of people I've seen come and go in the business game is crazy
i've only been in this game for 5 years and there's already a graveyard of people who were once the shit, and now irrelevant and broke.
then there's the guys who rose to the top, had everyone looking up to them.. and slowly faded back into irrelevancy
don't be the guy trying to get to the top fast, be the one who's still here in 10 years.
this game of business is a marathon, not a sprint.
never forget that.
