Attendees at the Airports Conference of the Americas participated in two breakout sessions featuring staff at #FLL. Session 1 was a roundtable with airport/airline executives moderated by CEO/Director of Aviation @markegale and joined by panelists Dr. Kenneth Romer @visitthebahamas, Clara Bennett @AirportBoca, Hadley Bourne @gaiabarbados, and Ronce Almond @AmericanAir. Session 4, “When Airport Events Go Viral,” moderated by Celina Saucedo @FLLFlyer, included panelists Arlene Satchell #FLL, Cristina Armand @iflymia, and Joy Oglesby @PortEverglades, who showcased examples of good, bad, and mixed social media posts and shared best-practice tips. #COA2026 IAAE/AAE/South Central Chapter of @AAAEDelivers

This means that you won't be able to use N.W. 20th Street to enter or exit the airport anymore. We encourage everyone to plan ahead and use alternate routes to reach the MIA South Bus Station and other parts of the airport. Remember to follow detour signs and give yourself a little extra time for your travels. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make #MIAFutureReady.
