@virginmedia no solution yet. @YodelOnline told me that it would be delivered today but then told me it hadn’t been assigned to a driver so it wouldn’t be. they apparently can’t give me an estimation date of when it will actually be delivered so i just have to lose another day of work to wait

@YodelOnline @virginmedia waited in all day and the driver was still 20 stops away by 9pm. unsurprisingly at 21:37 i get a notification that you need more information about my address even though the driver hasn’t moved for 30 minutes.. but the queue was still going down 🤔
